Plastic blasting medium

Plastic shot is obtained from raw material selected by ranges and applying strict quality control. The raw material is separates by types of plastic and hardness. It's then shredded and for sizes separated by sieving. It's applied by projection (both in suction and in pressure) in blasting applications where delicate surfaces exist and where their shapes, and edges must be respected during the blasting operation. It is used for removal of paints without damaging the base metal such as aluminium, magnesium, composites… The plastic abrasive is chemically inert, does not harm the environment. This abrasive grain is manufactured under industry standard for general industry. and under military standard regulations for the aeronautical industry. Quality control inspecting: grain size, grain shape, composition and resistance. It is presented in resistant and sealed drums of 125 Kg.
