Blasting medium

Glass beads for industry are manufactured from selected flat glass, free of silica and no silica, and no toxic or carcinogenic component. The glass balls are manufactured under ISO standard and standard military standard for the aeronautical industry. Within the manufacturing there is a section of special microspheres dedicated to the reinforcement of plastic parts, as well as high-strength floors. Total quality control is available by inspecting: granulometry, sphericity, inclusions and opacity. This abrasive in grain is presented in sacks of 25 Kg. on wrapped of plastic and paper. The pallets are 1.000 Kg. It is recommended to store them on a pallet in a dry place, protected from rain and humidity. Do not store outdoors, as it will agglomerates the product. Each bag is marked with the manufacturing batch number and samples of each batch are stored in the laboratory for the purpose of possible market claims. Among the most common applications of glass beads are the processes of blasting or shot blasting with suction and pressure sandblasters.
