Vacuum-barrels: station of discharge, proportioning and rinsing of barrels and small containers

The vacuum-barrels is designed for the transfer of liquid additives (even viscous) stored out of barrels or small containers and in front of being built-in processes of formulation. It provides the functions of:
- draining of the barrel or container without wasting,
- proportioning of the product,
- rinsing of the barrel and the piping of transfer,
- recycling of the product of washing.


Applications
Industry of the lubricants and chemistry. Adapted more particularly to the cases where:
- the products to be proportioned are numerous,
- the quantities of products to be proportioned are weak (of 10 to a few hundred kilos),
- the necessary precision of proportioning is raised,
- the residual quantity must be reduced.
