The Yeast Monitor is an instrument that measures the viable yeast concentration online and in real time. The instrument is ideal for incorporating into automatic yeast pitching and yeast harvesting systems measuring yeast slurries. Designed with the brewer in mind it can give a read out in a range of display units including viable cells/ml or % viable spun solids. It has proved to be a reliable workhorse in automating various brewery processes such as yeast pitching, yeast cropping, kraussening and controlling the feed rate to centrifuges


Model 710 is a budget instrument, ideal for a dedicated yeast pitching or cropping application requiring only one probe.
