The rotating table ROTARYTable 400 allows time-saving labelling of small- and medium-sized series. Equipped with two loading positions, the rotating table, 400mm in diameter, turns in steps of 180° each to the next process position. That way, laser marking and placement of parts to be marked can be done simultaneously. The laser is mounted on an electronically driven z-axis, so that the workpieces can be marked until a height of 180mm. Optionally, the ROTARYTable 400 can be equipped with a light shield curtain. With this, the processing cycle can be further automated. The system can be equipped with the laser markers type DPLSmart Marker, DPLMagic Marker, DPLGenesis Marker, DPLNexus Marker or DPLFortis Marker. The whole unit is designed to be a table-top-solution according to laser protective class 1.
