The HSSI-HES has the following features:
Supports EnDat, Smart-Abs and regular Sin-Cos encoders
Capable of handling one or two feedback devices of any mix
Corrects the gain, offset and phase of the analog sine/cosine signals
Performs Sin-Cos interpolation and provides incremental position
Provides encoder error protection
Incorporates index detection and latching of encoder
20 kHz sampling rate synchronized with the servo cycle
Incorporates power-up module identification
