A micro-valve such as ADACSHOT-500 Series can only be used in association with an ADACBOX-5000Series control unit. To manage and interpret the ultra-short signals from the piezoelectric micro-valves, it is strongly recommended to use PLC units such as ADACBOX-5000 Series, which are specially designed for this purpose. Using a standard PLC could lead to unsatisfactory results.
These controls are designed with own display and allow all work parameters as:
- Opening speed of the piston
- Closing speed of the piston.
- Opening time of the piston.
- Piston stroke.
- Delay between two doses.
- Number of doses per drop.
- Auto-adjusting function.
- Working temperature.
- … and many others.
to be configured and programmed. These controls are featured with interface RS232 to communicate with a central managing control unit
