MOULEX WE05NF/ WE 07 are additives used to avoid sticking problems or dirt built up in productions of particleboards, MDF or impregnated paper(s).
This MOULEX is very suitable for aqueous resins such as UF, MUF or phenolic resins.
Even at a low concentration, it improves significantly the quality of finished products and reduces strongly dirt built up into the spray system, the press, the forming station, pipes, injectors, glue mixer, rolls, etc.
In addition of its releasing and cleaning properties, MOULEX WE05NF improves the wet ability of the water and the steam used to cure the panel. This properties improves the heat transfer, reduces the curing time, increasing productivity.
