If you require complex bends, with reduced operational and set-up times, using different tools along the machine length, a multi-axes back gauge, and a numerical control with graphic display, then your option is QIHF-DNC. The standard configuration includes:
• Numerical control Cybelec ModEva 10, colours, 2D graphic, running under Windows®, with an off-line software PC 1200, 3D colours;
• Sturdy back gauge for axes X and R, with ball screws, servo-motors, and manual Z axis;
• DNC controlled crowning table, wide or narrow.
• Two front support arms running on a rail.
You can choose more axes on the back gauge up to a total of 6, a 3D colours numerical control, hydraulic tooling clamping, bending followers or even the angle bending system, the Angle Wizardâ.
