The Micro EP is a full featured miniature testing machine that fits in the palm of your hand. Perform tension, compression and bend tests at capacities up to 5kN (1,125 lb). Each unit employs standard components but is engineered to meet your exact testing requirements. The Micro EP features opposing moving crossheads which means the center of the specimen never moves; a necessary feature when the Micro Ep is used with a microscope for measuring the strain properties of materials. Fluid baths and thermoelectric heaters and coolers are also available. All ADMET machines can be modified to satisfy special stroke, load, and fixturing requirements.
