P 820 is a Polyurethane designed to pouring operations in order to realize casting pieces. P 820 is a 1/4 rate bi-components, . P 820 is especially formulated to bring hardness to materials. P 820 open time is adjustable according to the application. P 820 bonds on polyester substrates.
After reticulation, the P 820 density is 1.33 and the hardness (shore D) is 40 to 50.
Elongation (Iso 527-1A) is around 4% and the lap shear strength 3.0 MPa on polyester.

Handling time : 3-4h

Temperature slot : without damage after 3h at 100°C

Available in 410ml cartridges, 20L pails and 50L, 200L drums.
