Broadband signal analyzer
max. 600 MHz | BSA
AEROFLEX
The Aeroflex Broadband Signal Analyzer and Recorder (BSA) family provides the widest bandwidth and deepest memory RF/baseband signal analyzers available today.
The BSA combines broadband RF down converters, wide bandwidth high dynamic range ADC converters and very deep high speed memory with powerful DSP-based signal analysis software.
The BSAs have bandwidths of up to 600 MHz and full bandwidth signal memory of up to 88 seconds into solid-state memory or 150 minutes into streaming RAID. The bandwidth, memory depth and dynamic range make the BSA an essential tool for broadband satellite communications, frequency agile radio communications, broadband wireless network communications, and radar test. The DSP software includes analysis of real signal inputs as well as analysis of signals recorded into the BSA signal memory.
Digital acquisition and processing are used to achieve the highest measurement accuracy and repeatability. Signals recorded in memory can be saved to storage media including internal or removable hard drives and DVD-R/W drives. These recorded signals can be imported into Aeroflex's Broadband Signal Generators and played back for real world signal generation. Flexible data visualization allows simultaneous plotting of the signal in frequency, time and modulation domains, including all measured parameters plus data bits.
