ANT-20G, AGC, ALAG Series Aerotech

Aerotech's ANT-20G goniometers represent a significant breakthrough in the high-accuracy angular alignment of components. This unique design utilizes Aerotech's best-in-class, direct-drive motor technology. When used with Aerotech's controllers, the ANT-20G series provides an industry-leading positioning speed of 150 degrees per second and accuracy to ±30 µrad.

AGC motorized mechanical goniometers are used in applications where 90 degrees of angular travel is needed with the payload at the center of rotation, or where two axes of rotation are needed about a common point. AGC goniometers are designed to be mounted to standard optical tables, as well as standard Aerotech rotary stages, to provide roll, pitch, and yaw about a common 3-axis intersection.

ALAG series goniometers are designed to position large, heavy loads up to 680 kg in air or vacuum environments, and are capable of sub-arc-second resolution and accuracy.
