Construction features

* Load-bearing enclosure composed of die cast aluminium profiles supporting sandwich panels in prepainted sheet steel (RAL 7032 grey) with internal galvanization, with interposed 25 mm thick layer of expanded polystyrene foam.
* Filter runners in galvanized steel, so fashioned to allow easy and highly intuitive insertion of the filters.
* Activated carbon module made activated carbon cartridges, dia. 160 (3.1 kg activated carbon per cartridge) and metal mesh prefilter and post filter which, in the initial position functions as a spark trap and anti-intrusion barrier, and in the second position functions as a receiver and safety barrier to protect from any losses from the upstream section.
* Rigid bag filter module in fire-retardant and water-repellent glass microfibre, with maximum air handling rate of 5000 m3/h, with efficiency glass F7 (sec. EN 779).Metal mesh spark trap and anti-intrusion pre-filter with filtration efficiencyEU4-G4 for separation out of coarse particulate.
* Electrostatic module with patented modular cell and efficiency class A (99.60 %) to UNI 11254, equivalent to class H12 to UNI 1822. Metal mesh spark trap and anti-intrusion pre-filter with filtration efficiency EU4-G4 for separation out of coarse particulate.
* Thanks to unification of dimensions various combinations of modules can be created, and hence using specific connecting brackets the filtration module can be customised to obtain a specific filter for each application.
* Use of plug-fan technology for creation of suction-filtration modules utilising lightweight reverse blade impellers and high efficiency IP55 motors.
