Construction features
* Each table is complete with a removable subframe with vertical lifting feature and panel holder plates having different pitches and sections in compliance with the intended application.
* The self-loading primary structure is made of heavy gauge sheet steel, containing the table of varying length and width of between 1.6 and 6.4 m.
* Variable material loading capacity (500-1000-1500-2400)
* Variable suction sections (500-750- 1000 mm)
* The pneumatic system can be mechanically or electronically activated and it allows automatic operation of the suction system.
* Waste collection trays within the main structure, removable from above.
* Removable subframes to provide a stable support for the panels to be cut
* Panel holder plates in various dimensions selectable on the basis of the requirements of the various applications.
Operating principles
Optimisation of suction capacity, with the consequent reduction of the filter surface are and hence lower power consumption, is achieved by dividing the total suction support area into sectors with operative control of the area to serve established by movement of the cutting torch, thereby inhibiting suction in areas not currently in use.
This inhibition is achieved by means of a system of partitions inside the bench driven pneumatically to their open/closed positions. The partitions are controlled by microswitches activated by the transit of the cutting system.
The partitions are connected to an internal suction channel, which removes pollutant cutting emissions to the edge of the table where the connection to the suction system duct is located.
