Construction features
* Self-loading structure in heavy gauge electrowelded sheet steel with powder coating, made with a modular system for the application of specific assemblies in the trolley-mounted or suspended AIR CLEANERs depending on the application.
* High efficiency centrifugal extraction fan located downstream the filter section, exposed in the suspended AIR CLEANER or housed in a specific sound-insulated compartment in the trolley-mounted AIR CLEANER.
* Lateral channel, created within the overall dimensions of the unit in the trolley mounted AIR CLEANER, to calm the airflow and decrease the velocity at which the airflows through the filters, thus producing the maximum filtration efficiency and reducing noise produced by the airflows within the structure.
* Filtration section composed of spark trap metal mesh prefilter to prevent the ingress of metal particulate of a size sufficient to potentially harm the functioning of the multi-stage electrostatic cell mounted in the horizontal section for improved unloading of the contaminant into a lower collection bin. Postfilter composed of EU4 - G4 safety fabric filter that provides filtration in the case of faults, and activated carbon cell (10 kg) for deodorisation of the exhausted air. In the ECO N AIR CLEANER for oil mist a droplet separator is included to improve filtration performance in severe application conditions.
