Construction features
* Self-loading structure in powder painted sheet steel, complete with wheels and handles, and featuring dimensions and weight such as to allow easy manoeuvrability and ergonomic use.
* High-efficiency centrifugal fan located downstream of the filter section in a specific sound-insulated compartment.
* Plenum created within the overall dimensions of the unit to calm the airflow and decrease the velocity at which the airflows through the filters, thus producing the maximum filtration efficiency and reducing noise produced by the airflows within the structure.
* Filter section composed of a dual stage high efficiency electrostatic cell (efficiency between 99% and 90% depending on the size of the microparticulate and oil particles to be captured). A safety spark trap metal mesh filter and a needle-felt filter are installed upstream and downstream of the electrostatic section.
* IP65 electrical control panel, complete with hour meter, filter clogging indicator, machine trip indicator in the case of incorrect direction of motor run (phase sequence relay) and unit operation indicator lights.
* Model IBSC articulated arm with duct diameter of 160 mm, in aluminium with RAL 3000 red paint finish, and with hood in steel with anti-glare paint finish, complete with damper and universal articulation. Total length of 3 metres to cover a total working area radius of approximately 2.8 metres. (a 4 m long arm can be fitted on request).
