Construction features
* The AER portable air cleaner is composed of an external structure of suitable gauge painted sheet steel, thereby making the unit resistant to accidental impart occurring in operating conditions while simultaneously sufficiently lightweight for easy handling. The structure is also equipped with a practical transport handle (and wheels in AIR CLEANER AER 102) to facilitate handling;
* The filter section is composed of a metal mesh spark-trap prefilter, one or two pre-treated paper filters, depending on the AIR CLEANER, and an activated carbon filter to eliminate any odours deriving from the work process;
* The suction section is composed of a single phase SUCTION fan (with brush motor) to allow use of the unit also in civil applications in standard AIR CLEANERs. The SUCTION fan is connect ed to a flexible hose with a magnetic suction connector that allows secure fixing in any opposition on magnetic metal parts; optional equipment includes various accessories and welding torches with suction connection.
* The electrical section is connected to a control panel with the motor protections and operating indicator lights.
