Description

Extending filter system for fumes, particulate, paint Welding Grinding Sanding Sanding Cutting Coating Affixing Applications of resins BOXA is an innovative environmental protection system which, thanks to its features, provides protection for the operator, complies with the most recent regulatory restrictions and energy savings resulting from the reduction in air flows used. The system is composed of two fundamental components: 1) A small-dimension extractor-filter panel positioned to one side of the workspace, consisting of a modular structure which contains filters, a ventilation unit and control panel for switching ON/OFF. 2) The containment structure consists of a galvanised steel, load bearing frame with wheels, and a PVC outer covering. An essential feature of this structure is that it can be reduced in size to just 1.5 m in length and extended to the specific requirements of the customer. Available versions: 1) BOXA V for coating, laminating, etc.; 2) BOXA D for particulate extraction; 3) BOXA W for welding fumes; 4) BOXA X combined powder-coating and coating. Upon request: 1) Custom made based on the type of process, to the size of the material being processed; 2) Floor guides and wind-break; 3) Flame-proof silicone coated sheet. Optionals: lighting pack; anti-spark impeller; explosion-proof motor.
