Principle:
The parts are loaded into the machine with a gripper which is driven by a highly dynamic and precise CNC-axis.
The parts feeding may be performed by 3 different methods according to the application, batch size and parts geometry:
*Cartridge magazine loader;
*Vibratory bowl feeding system;
*Oil impulse feeding system.
Specific tooling:
The magazine, the gripper and the vibratory bowl are designed according to the specific workpiece.
