LesteHMI

The LesteHMI software is a user interface parametrisable for any machine tool.
*3 main pages
LesteHMI offers a Program editor, a Jogging page and a page for executing the part-programs and for monitoring the production. In addition the software contains all the pages for the parametrising of the control and the HMI.
*Programming in APD
Programming in APD (Affolter Plaintext Dialog) is particularly simple and user-friendly. No knowledge of G-Code is necessary.
*Machining cycles
LesteHMI disposes of all necessary functions for milling and turning, also for special applications. Functions which are used frequently in an application can be grouped; functions not required are deactivated.
*Graphics support
A multitude of graphic supports simplify the creation and checking of the part-program and the parametrising of the control.
*Workshop network
The LesteNET option manages several networked machines, thus guaranteeing the centralised administration of production and part-programs. Storage of the part-programs takes place on the control HMI, on USB stick or on PC (via Ethernet or wireless LAN).
*Universal
Developed in Java, LesteHMI is independent of the hardware and the operating system (Windows, Linux, etc).
*Individualising
LesteHMI offers the facility to integrate application-specific operator interfaces. For this Affolter supply the LesteHMI Open package, which contains the Source Code in Java plus training and technical support features.
