* Robust mechanical construction, with rollers that are rough surface treated to aid adherence. Throughout the range, a line of treated gears motorizes the two rollers. Not only the rollers but also the gears are mounted on ball bearings.
* All the feeders are mounted on an electro-welded steel frame for floor anchorage, thus avoiding vibration from the press. Frame height depends on information provided by the client.
* Releasing the band in the food industry or working with progressive matrixes with centralizers, the whole range has a pneumatic opening in the top roller, and is manufactured using standard cylinders for easier maintenance. A buffer with threaded shank and size indicator adjusts thickness. An electronic cam adjusts the opening width.
* An electronic cam programmer for eight cams gives a reading of the shrink angle and it has a digital display position indicator. The client has five free cams for other auxiliary functions such as ejection, cutting, etc.
* Driven by a low maintenance Brushless-type servomotor and last generation regulator. Transmission is by cog belt.
* Position control and feed programming by parametrizable CNC of an axle that controls maximum speed, acceleration, deceleration, position in mm or inches, etc. All electrics housed in an independent and over-designed desk, allowing the client to install other auxiliary operating procedures there.
