* Manual or pneumatic folding upper base plate, making band feeding easier with no adjustment needed. It is equipped with independent depth adjustable rollers, motorized and supported on needle bearings.
* All rollers are surface treated and rectified to guarantee their durability.
* Standard manufacture comprises two pairs of opposing drag rollers on entry and exit plus vertical axial guided rollers on entry.
* Continuous variable speed using a mechanical pulley/belt variator. Continuous and on-off motor with an electromagnetic clutch
* Digital electrical control panel wired up for power, operation and time control loop.
* The same models are available in a CNC version, driven by a low maintenance Brushless-type servomotor and last generation regulator, and cog belt transmission.
* Position control and feed programming by parametrizable CNC of an axle that controls maximum speed, acceleration, deceleration, position in mm or inches, etc. All electrics housed in an independent and over-designed desk, allowing the client to install another auxiliary operating procedure there.
