Analytical and small prepacked preparative scale columns, column heaters, manual injectors, column and solvent switching valves and electrically actuated valves can be mounted in and controlled with the ProStar 500 CVM. The unit can be configured with great flexibility to organize and control HPLC valves, columns and heaters to suit your specific application. This module facilitates automating the run and enables methods development and scale up from analytical to preparative without changing hardware or solvents. Common functions are standard analytical operation, automated analytical applications and method development, scale-up method development, and fraction collection.
