Ideally suited to your rough vacuum applications, the Agilent Models 531 and 536 Thermocouple Gauge Tubes measure total pressures in the 1 x 10-3 torr to 2 torr absolute range. Meanwhile, the Thermocouple Gauge Simulator provides a way of calibrating and adjusting the zero setting on a thermocouple gauge controller. Set it to simulate either 1 atmosphere or <10-4 torr.
