Description

Agilent TwisTorr 304 FS turbomolecular high-vacuum pump provides superior performance, dependability and cost-effectiveness. It brings together Twistorr drag stage technology and Agilent Floating Suspension.

High compression ratios are created for light gases, like hydrogen and helium, by the TwisTorr drag stages. This ensures high throughput and tolerance of foreline pressure, thus allowing the use of compact and cost-effective backing pumps. The use of this technology achieves a compact and energy-efficient rotor design that maintains lower operating temperatures.

The Agilent Floating Suspension system results in lower noise and vibration. It also provides ideal operating conditions for bearing, thus resulting in increased operating life, lower system downtime, and consistently stable pumping performance.

The TwisTorr 304 FS features an innovative bearing and dry lubrication. It does not require oil and maintenance and allows the pump to operate at all orientations. It can be provided with rack or on-board controllers.
