Product design and development:
The CNC control system is available on all AGME Flexible Riveting Centres. This control is based on a CNC processor manufactured by NUM that manages the X and Y axis with servomotors and places the riveting machine in the exact position over the rivet.
With this CNC control you can:
- Include, modify and eliminate the part programs assigned to each model. There is a total flexibility in the different riveting programs management.
- In the riveting programs, include and modify new riveting points, positions for moving, modify speed, etc.
The standard equipment includes riveting operation adjustable with a mechanical end stop. Optionally, it can include a third controlled Z axis, a CP-1 or a CP-2 quality assurance system.
