AGME
AGME design and manufacture a wide range of riveting machines available in a variety of sizes, from the RR-4 (max. 4mm Rivet head) to the RR-30, (max. 30mm Rivet head) to ensure that the correct machine is selected to produce perfectly riveted components.
Ranging from small fragile components to large heavy duty automotive components, the AGME riveters guarantee good quality riveted joints every time.
The riveting machines can be mounted on a bedbase, which enables large components to be riveted. For this purpose there is a long adjustable distance between table and riveting tool. These models of riveters include electrical cabinet and full automation.
The following accessories can also be used:
- Double riveting tool heads
- Standard and special riveting tools for providing the appropriate geometry of the riveted head
- The part holder tools are available as standard devices or assembled on manual or pneumatic slide fixtures
- Rubber and mechanical hold down devices which guarantee that the parts are positioned correctly
- Different radius head kits for reaching difficult positions
- Automatic lubrication, ensuring the head is correctly lubricated
