AIDA S1-E Series heavy stamping press is an addition to the range of high-precision, heavy-duty stamping devices. In addition, it adds three essential features to thick plate stamping - increased die life, lower vibration and noise, and consistently high performance and precision. The improved die life is a result of the high dynamic accuracy, which is achieved by the robust frame design and long, 8-point slide guides. Lower noise and vibration is achieved by the unique link motion technology. This technology delivers ideal slide velocity, and also gives stable product quality. The reduced clearance also contributes to improving the die life and minimizing vibration and noise. In comparison to traditional presses, it minimizes plunging of the punch into the die activity. In case of overloading, the AIDA Hydraulic Overload Protector (HOLP) provides instant protection to the die and the press. The need for press pit is eliminated by the die cushion incorporating into the bed. This significantly reduces foundation costs.
