Air Turbine offers a wide range of spindles operating at constant speeds from 25,000rpm to 65,000rpm maintaining constant high speed under variable load with no gears or vanes. Over 40 spindles - easily mounted, maintenance free, requiring no lubrication, provide a finer finish and faster feed rates. No stop block needed with Air Turbine Tools®. Low vibration, super quiet, oil-free spindles.

Announcing the new 275 Series:

Designed with screws through the endcap and an extra-wide body, extra stability results from a two-piece stainless steel housing with integral shank and triple ceramic bearings for precise concentricity of 0.0002" (0.00508mm). The 275JS has extra durability to work with harder materials. Compact and easily installed with a 1" or 25mm straight shank for easy mounting to CNC machines or tool holders. For drilling applications, specify angular contact bearings. Our double turbine X units provide extra power where required. (up to 1.4 HP (1.04 kW)
