HCS (Hidro Carbon Solvent) is a neutralizing solution which, if correctly used, can mitigate effectively the environmental impact. HCS promotes the degradation of hydrocarbons acting on the hydrocarbon surface tension thus breaking the hydrogen and carbon molecular chain. Once the elements
are divided they're encapsulated in a water and oxygen pillow, i.e. made "bio-available". It means that in a few minutes HCS can "decompose"
the hydrocarbon both on water and on ground.
