OD BIO is a liquid product of organic origin capable of decomposing the hydrocarbon molecules through natural leavening of a biologic substrate.
The hydrocarbons, as per their nature, tend to agglomerate. OD BIO breaks their structure including the constituent particles in a water/oxygen mixture.
Once it has been weakened, the hydrocarbon is ready for bacterial flora colonization, which takes part in the complete decomposition cycle of the hydrocarbon itself, making it a simple solution of water and carbon dioxide.
Not generating chemical reactions and not interfering with local flora, the product is used to protect maritime areas and limit the dangerous effects of accidental spills of hydrocarbons and solvents in the environment.
Thanks to its user friendliness and its versatility, the product can be used in any case of spills of oil, hydrocarbons and solvents at sea or in internal waters, but also
for contaminated lands reclamation.
