Galvanized steel (thickness 15/10), electrowelding and protectin by painting cycle (for visible parts).
The upper frame, acting also as gutter, has lifting hooks and rainwater discharge openings.
WALL PANELS: Modular sandwich selfstanding panels, with two microribbed prepainted steel plate sides (thick. 5/10) and inside insulation by selfextinguishing expanded polyurethane. Total thickness 40 mm.
Panels are hold by profiles with properly thickness which act as upper and lower frame and are linked through sealed male-female joints, resistant to atmospheric agents.
Panels are in galvanized hot painted steel.
ROOF: flat, made of similar panels as the wall ones.
The roof is walkable with a load capacity of about 120 kg/sm.
FLOOR: Sumped chassis base positioned on electrowelded galvanized tubular frame.
The sump are 13 cm high and are made of hot galvanized steel plate (thick. 20 /10) with walkable galvanized grid covering.
The monoblock is forkliftable.
DOORS: Electropainted aluminium double wing doors. With two ventilation grids.
