STERILSORB Biodegradable plant-based absorbent for food-service and hospital use Sterilsorb is a plant-based absorbent, additive and colouring free, composed of wooden granules thermally treated at 600°C. It boasts very high absorption (300% its own weight/50% of its volume), is quick to use and absorbs all liquids instantly. It is designed to be spread on the floor following spills of oily or greasy substances, or as a precautionary measure to reduce slipping.
