Weldings with electronic control of the edges and of the gaseous mixture to assure perfect waterproofing. Layout, tolerances, rims, chamfers, nominal weight and finishing grade according UNI parameters.

External anti-corrosion treatment obtained with visible anti-oil and antiacid resins, safe in compliance with ISO 3864 and CEE 77/576 - L 229 regulations and following modifications. Hot-galvanized carbon steel grate with heavy load resistant handles, put on the ?L? welded profile perimetre and ( for some models) central reinforced omega.

Each drum rack has a safety labelling for accident and pollution prevention in compliance with current, EC and national regulations (D.L.22 of 05/02/1997, D.L. 626/94, D.L. 915/82 and following modifications.)

Registration and trial testing by hydraulic test made at full load for 48 following hours at atmospheric pressure at room temperature, in compliance with legislative decree of 11/05/1999 n. 152, DPR 915 of 10/09/1982 and following modification.
