OKO PUR, both as powder and as granules, has been certified as excellent sorbent for heavy traffic pavements. German Home Office (BMI), in the paragraph called "Removal of the oil rests on heavy traffic pavements" specifies that after making use of sorbents for the elimination of the polluting substance and the following polishing with a water-detergent mixture, the pavement must afford again a good sealing power, in any case not lower than 80% of the original value, especially if it?s damp.

In carrying out the obligations laid down from the Italian Home Office, the local Districts prescribe that on road pavements only approved sorbents with MPA-IIIR certificate can be used. Each OKO PUR bag has got the approval label.
