Description

The air operated pinch valves of the VMC series are available in the nominal diameters of DN10 to DN100. They are designed as standard with a threaded spigot connection according to DIN 11851. Additionally the VMC series of air operated pinch valves can also be provided in compliance with DIN 11864-1 (DIN 11853-1 on request). Structure of VMC Pinch Valve with RJT Connection The structure of the VMC series air operated pinch valves with RJT connection encompasseshe sleeve, body and two collar caps. The pinch valve sleeve is positioned in the centre of the VMC series air operated pinch valve's body; both of its ends are pressed in by the collar caps, thus forming a compact unit. Valve face to face length DN10: Acc. to DIN EN 558 row 27 DN15-50: Acc. to DIN EN 558 row 1 Materials of AKO air operated Pinch Valves VMC series Bodies come either as a powder-coated aluminium body electro-polished stainless steel body or for DN10+DN15 as POM white or black (electrically conductive) body Socket end covers (threaded spigot connection) stainless steel The standard material for the socket end cover is stainless steel 1.4404 electro-polished; other types of stainless steel are available on request.
