They are designed with an internal thread connection conforming with DIN ISO 228 (G) and alternatively ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 (NPT) as standard. On request, the VMP series air operated pinch valves can also be offered with alternative individually customised connections. Structure of VMP series The structure of the VMP series air operated pinch valves encompasses the sleeve, a body and two end covers. The pinch valve body is compiled of a main body part and two pressure zone rings, which are each pushed onto the ends and pressure sealed tight to the main body part using an O-ring. The pinch valve sleeve is positioned in the centre of the VMP series air operated pinch valve's body; both of its ends are pressed in by the end covers, thus forming a compact unit.
