The Rotary Strainer's clam shell design allows for easy internal access to the rotary screen, which is chain driven by a 1.5 hp electric motor. The rotary screens come in different configurations allowing you to remove solids larger than 3/8" down to 1/16" at a flow rate of 70 GPM. This strainer will help prevent clogging and damage to your valuable transfer pumps and reduce unwanted maintenance and down-time.
