The system holds three half-moulds that allow for simultaneous operations in masked times, like loading and unloading on one side while moulding on the other.
This series offers a wide range of mould area sizes, from 925x725 to 1200x1600 mm. The PMT supports multiple optional accessories and automation for loading (films, inserts...) and unloading of the processed items.
Alessio is about to introduce a new PMT model specially designed to load thermoformed caps and complex inserts, for the helmet market and others. This new solution will offer multiple advantages:
