Description

If transporting pipes is part of the daily tasks in your company, our TML 90 R is the right device for you. Thanks to the prism specially designed for round steel, the lifting magnet is not only a reliable aid for transporting pipes and curved surfaces with a diameter between 3 mm and 200 mm - it is also very flexible – thanks to the pivotable and 360-degree rotating load swivel. Connect the TML 90 R to your crane, overhead crane or with a pulley block using a hook with a safety flap or with a load loop. You can also use the TML 90 R to transport the load with a holding device by forklift. Here you benefit from our patented TML technology (Thin Material Lifting) Due to the ideal unfolding of the magnetic field of force, the power pack, weighing only 1.8 kg, it is achieving considerable magnetic forces even on thin materials. It is adhering on materials of a thickness from only 1 mm thickness. From 6 mm thickness the tear-off force is 270 kg with a safety factor of 3:1. The maximum load capacity for round steel is 90 kg. The practical one-hand operation makes the load lifting magnet particularly user-friendly. Furthermore, it is exceptionally durable because the TiN coating on the magnetic surface is providing maximum protection against damage and premature wear.
