Alicat Scientific's CSA approved hazardous environment (-X) option was designed to be used by customers with hazardous environments. The CSA approved option can be added to any Alicat product family where deemed by the customer. The CSA approved device is NOT a stripped down version of Alicat's popular flow and pressure product. Rather it shares almost all of the standard features our customers have come to expect from the Alicat product. The only omission is the power jack and 8 pin mini din. They are replaced by the locking 6 pin industrial connector. Alicat's innovative digital display is part of the CSA approved device.
