Alicat Scientific TM M Series Laminar Mass Flow products represent the pinnacle of mass flow measurement instrumentation. Equipped with onboard display, user selectable 30 gas standard calibration, and a rugged stainless steel casing. Flow ranges from 0.5 SCCM full scale to 2000+ SLPM full scale. All ranges include a digital display that simultaneously shows all the process parameters being measured by the meter plus a push button interface for gas select and tare. Available with a variety of connection options (NPT, VCR, VCO, etc.) and digital and analog communication options. (0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, 1-5Vdc, 4-20mA, RS-232, RS-485, ProfiBus, Devicenet, etc.)
