For easily fluidizable bulk materials that have a tight particle size distribution or do not stick, a vibration function is not absolutely necessary. In this case, the Static Fluidizes Bed Dryer/Cooler WS-T/K from Allgaier are used. The WS-T/K is specially suitable for the drying of plastic granulate, animal feed and sugar. But also in the expansion of foam granules, heating of urea, cooling of cocoa, iron sulfate and other salts as well as almost all batch processes this machine is the right choice. Customers in the minerals, waste/recycling, food, chemical, mining and many more industries are already benefiting from the strong performance of the WS-T/K. In contrast to Fluidized Bed Vibration Dryers/Coolers, the static version uses larger fluid bed heights and higher air velocities. This allows homogeneous fluidization to be achieved. Due to the higher air velocities, the upper parts of the dryer, which are designed as expansion hoods, are often higher and wider than those of vibratory dryers. High performance: Very efficient drying, as particularly high supply air temperatures (up to 600 °C) can be used. Compact design: Extremely compact due to the higher face velocity. By dispensing with vibration, mainly static forces are transmitted to the substrate. Multiple usage areas: Also suitable for processing products with high surface moisture (by back-mixing). Minimal process costs: Low operating costs.
