Separate chip material effectively and cleanly with Gyratory Screening Machines The Allgaier Gyratory screening machine ARSM is the classic among the screening machines for the wood industry. The Jumbo model achieves chip fractions of the best quality through reverse screening. The flat screening machines are preferably used in the particleboard industry for efficient separation of chip material into different fractions. The fractions for the middle layer and top layer of the particleboard are obtained from shredded wood chips. The ARSM model is bolted to the base frame with 4 spring legs via trestles and carries the actual screen box. The screen box has a 5° horizontal inclination. The Jumbo model incorporates a strutless design with high smoothness and operates with a 2-dimensional plane movement with a 3° horizontal inclination. Maximum efficiency: Feed rate up to 350 m³/h possible. Maximum flexibility: Up to 4 decks and 5 fractions can be set. Screening area sizes from 2 m2-12.5 m2 can be used. In addition, the machine is variable with regard to inlet and outlet positions. Maximum plant availability: Low-maintenance, dust-proof and low-noise. High efficiency: Suspension principle with high running smoothness and reduced need for spare parts; low dynamic foundation loading.
