Titan without jaws
The new Allmatic TITAN 125 high pressure vice combines almost all the functions of the successful model NC Version LC 125 and T-REX.
TITAN 125 is applicable with ground step jaws and also with carbide coated jaws. So it offers outstanding flexibility.
Using the gripp jaws - all types of raw parts from flame cut to sawn items to complex cast parts can be clamped in a safe and cost-effective way. Suitable for materials with the strenght value of approx. 1000 N/mm2
also available as TC version
Technical details:
robust base, which consists of GGG60, is ground, polished and hardened on the slideway
Fully enclosed, maintenance-free, low wear high pressure spindle with special mechanical power intensifier
Hardened and ground workpiece support surfaces ensure high precision and optimum resistance to wear.
Threads on both sides to accomodate workpiece stops
Precise aligning slots for fixing of jaws
Convenient handling thanks to adjustable torque wrench or clamping against incorporated stop.
Max. torque 30 Nm.
Outlet for the discharge of coolant and chips
Precise longitudinal and transverse aligning slots; optional: Threaded holes for zero point clamping systems available.
