SOLVIMAT - Preparation system for powdery or granular products

SOLVIMAT is a semi-automatic, easy to operate solution preparation unit, designed as two-chamber pendulum system.

The system is suitable for the preparation of lime, aluminium sulfate, urea, ferric salts and many others. One of the main advantages of the SOLVIMAT is that it can be used for different bulk products - from powdery to boulder/granular - and in variable qualities. The discharge will be automatically switched over from the empty to the previously prepared second tank. By this, a continuous solution discharge is possible. Powder loading can be carried out with BIG BAGs or bags. The control panel of the SOLVIMAT is equipped with a touch-screen, which makes the operation easy. The thoughtful design makes the seldom needed maintenance easy.
