The ALMATEC pump series BIOCOR is a special development for the sterile range of far mA, bio and foodstuffs industry. The compressed air diaphragm pumps are EHEDG certified and ATEX conformal in accordance with guideline 94/9/EG. In the ptfe material combination (diaphragms, Ventilkugeln, O-rings) with the special equipment diaphragm monitoring the pumps 3-A are certified. The cleaning-friendly construction with the integrated Cleaning system leads to the SIP ability and CIP.

Again and again for sterile applications demanded: All Gehäuseteile do not exhibit any horizontal surfaces and areas. Four valve lifting magnets are attached to each pump, which can be attached at height of the four Ventilkugeln from the outside to the product housing. The Ventilkugeln are raised magnetically by your seats and the entire aggregate run dry in the inserted condition arrearsless. There is not missing mechanical ball jacks with parts and seals in the product-affected range.

The two sizes B 20 and B 32 obtain max. deliveries of 3,5 and 7,5 m ³ /h with a hoisting depth up to 7 bar. As pump material electricalpolished high-grade steel 1,4435 (Baseler standard II, ferrite content < 1%) is used for the product-affected range; the Rautiefe amounts to < 0.4 µm. The control block consists of conductive polyethylene (PE).
