Improves the paver’s working conditions. The AL 43SH21 has a cutting pressure of 21 tonnes and is equipped with fixed blades. This makes the block splitter ideally suited to cutting natural stone with an irregular surface varying by more than 4 mm, cobbelstones, thick slabs and clinkers, etc. The AL43SH21 is equipped with five hydraulic pistons that distribute the pressure evenly across the cutting width. A perfect cutting result is guaranteed – with just one press of a button. This patented precision technology is available solely from ALMI. The AL43SH21 has a stroke of 25 mm, as a result of which the block splitter can cut blocks of heights varying by a maximum of 25 mm. Consequently the cutting height does not need to be adjusted as frequently. The block splitter is fitted with a maintenance-free battery and a fully-automated charger mounted in the machine’s housing. The fully-automated charger switches automatically to trickle charge once the battery is fully charged. Every ALMI block splitter is manufactured by an advanced robotised welding cell that guarantees a consistent high quality.
