Description

The ALW is a comfortable, ergonomic, and compact seated workstation that offers plenty of legroom, and which can be adjusted to the height of the operator via the height-adjustable foot plate. The observation lens offers a variable viewing angle from 10° – 50°, thus ensuring comfortable working. The closed, laser-proof housing makes the ALW a laser-protected workplace that can be used in a normal production environment without additional safety precautions. EASY TO USE The laser system is easy to operate. In addition to configuring via the display, the laser parameters can be adjusted via the patented multifunction footswitch or adapted accordingly during welding. The large doors of the ALW can be opened wide. This facilitates easy loading. The ALW in a few words: • Robust housing, also well suited for automatic, programmed laser welding • Ergonomic seated workstation for fatigue-free working • Closed system, thus usable in any room • Precision joystick for optimal work results • All-in-one system (table, laser, extraction, safety) • Plenty of space inside and wide opening doors • Easy to operate PRECISE MOVEMENT SYSTEM A large and stable work plate holds workpieces weighing up to 400 kg and ensures their precise positioning. The joystick for movements along the X, Y, Z, and R axes reacts very accurately. All axes directly follow the joystick movement. Movements are made • manually by joystick, • semi-automatically, • or in automatic mode programmed with the WINLaserNC software. The ALW enables programmed series production and welding on materials that are difficult to process, such as aluminum, precious metals, titanium, or sensitive alloys.
